MINDFUL AWARENESS:

Yes, it is evident for Men to have good health they must consider changing their old dietary habits for better choices and healthier, nutritious meals. Starting with how daily meals are prepared and what they consumed and drink is most important. Men can avoid degenerative diseases with mindful awareness.

 

FAST FOOD

Australian Men are easily satisfied with generally eating fast foods on the run.

Trades people, for example, are working physically all day; they only take one break of a half hour during the day. It is no wonder they can only grab a quick meal, generally of a fast food – Coke, pie; sausage rolls; fish and chips; chicken and chips; burgers rather than what has been prepared from home and well thought through. Nutrition is not apparent as being essential to our survival.

 

AVOID DISEASES:

There is more awareness now for men to eat healthier to avoid degenerative diseases like diabetes and depression because it is not an option any more.  Living with disease and on pharmaceutical drugs and bills are not a happy conclusion to a long and happy life.

 

FRESH IS BEST:

Adding more fresh fruit, veggies, salads, soups, nuts, grains, health shakes and clean drinking water add to a staple diet. This is good change to shape the national health of men, nation rather than calling it a “diet” we should concentrate on great meal times. I find the guys I work with are choosing Sushi instead of fish and chips dripping in saturated fat.  A great start toward change!

 

PLANNING:

FAST FOOD – A NUTRITIOUS SHAKE

Awareness and planning of better meals and drinks, including water is important. Old-fashioned family sit down meal times should be encouraged.

 

EXERCISE:

Going for long walks, enjoying the fresh air and at least 20-30 minutes of sunshine are a great boost to better health. Look for pockets of exercise whenever possible.

 

A young man, who is on the computer all day long, was stretching himself by swinging on a tree limb and he pulled himself up on a branch, it was fun to watch how he spent his lunchtime exercising in the simplest fashion. Others spent their lunch hour at the gym on exercise machines.

 

DEPRESSION:

 Depression is known to have high suicide stakes among men young and old.

I wish I knew how my father was feeling as he committed suicide and it could have been avoided.

 

There is more awareness in the community for the need for Mens Health and their state of mind.

SOLUTION:

Dance and music are a wonderful natural remedy for depressed men. Dancing as an exercise is also good for the mood.  It gets the blood circulating and the body moving to music is a natural weight loss remedy also music is good medicine for depression.

 

WITHOUT MEN THERE WOULD NOT BE A WORLD! SO LOOK AFTER YOURSELF

So men, enjoy good food, kick your heels up or kick back and enjoy life.
